What is Kalzip anodized coating?
Kalzip Anodized Coating is a variety of natural and colored aluminium surface finishes.
1st
Kalzip anodized coating is produced during an electrolytic immobilization (surface coated with protective film) process that forms a nanoporous layer on a metal surface.

In the second step, the dye is adsorbed into the pores of the protective coating or electrodeposited to achieve a color suitable for building applications.
3th
In the third step, the surface is coated (a chemical change occurs when an electric current passes through the solution of the electrolyte, which causes the material to decompose).
This ensures the long-term durability of the coating.
